She has a special expertise in working with disorders of pigmentation and discoloration such as melasma and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, giving patients a more even complexion.

Dr. Buckner is a certified fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology who completed her Residency at Stanford University.

A pioneer in cutting edge Cosmetic Dermatology with special expertise in skin smoothing and firming to reduce the signs of aging, she began her studies in laser technique in Dermatology at its inception, supplemented by expertise with wrinkle fillers  and neuromodulators such as Anti-Wrinkle Injections as an alternative to plastic surgery.
